Maintenance Request Disclosure
Before submitting this request, determine whether this is an emergency or non-emergency.
An emergency is a life-threatening situation such as a fire, flood and/or uncontrollable water, electrical problem, smell of gas, in which case you may need to call 911, utility company and our office emergency maintenance phone line.
* If the work requested is determined that the damage or problem reported has been caused by the tenant or a guest of the tenant, the tenant will be responsible and billed for the charges.
* If a vendor and/or maintenance technician schedules an appointment with the tenant and the tenant fails to keep the appointment, the tenant will be billed for the service call, and charged for the missed appointment.
